Eccellenza Events offers a full range of services to make your social, corporate or nonprofit occasion…well, excellent.  Whether you desire a la carte consulting services or contracted, full service event planning, Eccellenza Events is here to meet your needs and your budget.  For all events, we offer the following levels of service:
·         Contracted Full Service Event Planning  
·         Hourly rates for consulting services, a la carte or day-of services
Full Service Event Planning fees based on your budget, size and complexity of your event— research, consulting, meetings with vendors, frequent updates to client, planning event with client from concept to day-of and includes but is not limited to:
·         Vendor recommendations or coordination
·         Creating your event image:  color coordination, style, décor, etc. 
·         Coordinate hotel room blocks and all guest-related activities
·         Coordinate other events related to your event like rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches
·         Create and circulate a to-do list of items based on meetings with client
·         Create your timeline for your event
·         Manage your budget
·         On-site, day-of management of set-up, vendors, design, etc. 
·         Troubleshooting throughout the planning process and on the day-of  - taking the stress off of you! 

A La Carte services are available with Eccellenza Events for those that do not need full service or are on a tighter budget.  You can pick and choose from any of the Full Service Package pieces to build your own event planning menu and choose from these additional services:
·         Floral design and creation, including centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres.  
·     Invitation design and/or management
·         Modern Calligraphy services 
·         Favors, Table Numbers, Event Signage, Guest Book creation and/or management
·         Welcome bag creation
