Wedding Wednesday - 2015 Color of the Year

One of my favorite times is one Pantone announces it's color of the year.  The color of the year is always on display throughout wedding season and I love the 2015 color - MARSALA!  Described by Pantone as naturally robust and earthy wine red, Marsala enriches our minds, bodies and souls.  Look for it to enrich wedding palettes all year as well.  Pair it with a crisp tan linen suit for summer soirees or a deep charcoal suit for a fall fete.  Here are few great examples on uses for this rich tone.    

Add touches of gold for a regal elegance

Blake could rock any color, but Marsala looks gorgeous here!  And that leg!

Wedding Wednesday - 2015 Wedding Dress Trends

Happy Wedding Wednesday!  For today's tip, I thought I'd share Bride Magazine's Annual Wedding Dress Trends.  From the fashion runway, they are seeing off-the-shoulder gowns, tulle overskirts and dresses in soft colors like light gold, blush and baby blue.  Check out the full list here.  What trends would you incorporate into your big day?
